一、第一次信用卡收款的问卷填写
1、登录后台https://login.payoneer.com/-点击收款-请求付款-按照步骤指引操作
2、填写调查问卷（第一次使用填写，只需要填写一次）
3、根据自身内容填写企业概况
二、正式开始发起请求付款
1、添加付款人信息
2、币种可以选择，请参考图片
3、日期到月底可选择 先择最迟付款时间
三、买家收到付款请求，如何付款
1、买家进入邮箱，打开请求付款–支付：
第一次支付需要选择Sign up to pay ,里面会有个简化的注册，下次再付款点击Sign in and pay，首次付款之后信息会记录下来，接下来支付会更加便捷
2、填写信息完成付款
买家可以选择谁来承担3%的通道手续费

一 、操作类原因 → 建议重试
- 资讯不完整、错误或中途终止支付
买家在填写信用卡相关资讯时，资讯不完整或者错误，银行无法或拒绝扣款。 - 未授权交易
买家用于支付的卡是3D卡，而在支付过程中未填写3D验证码。所以系统判为未授权交易，而拒绝扣款。另外也可能是买家的发卡行不授权这笔交易。 - 同一IP短时间内，重复支付多次
买家在同一IP短时间内重复支付多次，存在套现、洗钱、诈骗等其他非法行为嫌疑。系统拒绝扣款。 - 网路问题
买家支付的时候网路存取速度慢或其他网路问题，重复刷新支付页面导致多次提交支付申请或系统未能接收到支付申请等。
二、银行限制类原因 → 建议买家联系发卡银行咨询
- 信用卡额度不足
买家用于支付的卡片超出他的信用额度或超过有效期限。 - 单笔支付超过上限
单笔支付限额超出卡片的最大单笔支付限额，或超出系统设定的最高单笔收款限额。 - 拒绝扣款
买家所支付的发卡行拒绝扣款。具体原因需要联系发卡行了解拒绝的原因。
三、风险类原因 → 建议更换信用卡/支付方式重试
- 不良交易记录的信用卡
买家用于支付的卡，存在不良的交易记录，如拒付等。 - 风险地区支付
买家支付的IP来自被国际信用卡组织列为高风险地区，系统会评委高风险交易，而拒绝扣款。如：委内瑞拉。 - 跨国，跨地区交易支付
买家用于支付的卡片非本国卡，存在盗卡消费的嫌疑，所以系统会评为高分析交易，而拒绝扣款。
4.黑卡，盗卡，复制卡
买家用于支付的卡系统识别为黑卡，复制卡等其他非法卡，系统拒绝扣款。
